Development of 12 single family homes in historic district

This project was for the development of 12 single family homes in the Church Street East Historic District. The firm was responsible for design and construction management. Homes in the development had to meet historic district guidelines for Downtown Mobile, Alabama. As such, community meetings were conducted to get “buy-in” from surrounding residents and designs had to be reviewed and approved by the Mobile architectural review board. The board oversees all developments within Mobile’s historic districts.
