Gant Group & Associates LLC, was founded in Mobile, Alabama by principals and founders, Carlos R. Gant, NCARB, LEED AP and Joseph Rodrigues AIA, NCARB.. The Practice has steadily expanded since that time to become a highly respected firm offering services in the areas of Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management and Planning.
We have gained a reputation for building strong client relationships while delivering quality designs coupled with sound technical and practical performance. This reputation is a result of the successful completion of a wide range of private and public sector developments throughout the southeast.
The strength of our practice is in our ability to build and manage client relationships and expectations. We do this by completing projects on time and within budgets, without sacrificing the design aesthetic. In addition to our relationship and design management skills, we have expertise in a wide array of building types. These areas include: Multi-family and Single Family Housing, Education, Religious, and Commercial facilities.
Architectural Design & Project Management
Carlos Gant, NCARB, LEED AP, will serve as project manager for all projects. He will be responsible for all client relationships as well as direct guidance of all project design efforts. Additionally, for the firm, Mr. Gant will oversee all phases of project implementation from schematic design through construction administration.

Joseph Rodrigues, AIA, NCARB, serves as project manager and architect for all projects. He will be responsible for all client relationships as well as direct guidance of all project design and construction efforts.
Interior Design & Architectural Support
April White, NCIDQ, is the firm’s interior designer. She will be responsible for coordinating the interior design efforts including, but not limited to, finish selections, presentation boards, and floor plan layouts. Mrs. White will also support in the construction management efforts of the firm.
